{"id":77,"date":"2007-07-07T00:38:34","date_gmt":"2007-07-07T00:38:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/2007\/07\/new_state_false_claims_act_wit.html"},"modified":"2021-06-11T17:54:18","modified_gmt":"2021-06-11T21:54:18","slug":"new_state_false_claims_act_wit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.finchmccranie.com\/whistleblower-blog\/new_state_false_claims_act_wit\/","title":{"rendered":"New State False Claims Act with Qui Tam Whistleblower Provisions Is Signed in Florida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>AARP Applauds State Law to Combat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/medicare_and_medicaid_fraud\/\">Medicaid Fraud<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/introduction_to_the_false_clai_1\/\">Qui Tam Whistleblower <\/a>Approach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We were pleased to see that Florida has joined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/new_york_becomes_latest_state\/\">New York<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/new_whistleblower_law_on_medic_1\/\">Georgia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/oklahoma_joins_nationwide_move\/\">Oklahoma<\/a> and more than a dozen other states in creating a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/state_fcas\/\">State False Claims Act<\/a> with qui tam whistleblower provisions similar to the federal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/the_whistleblower_statute_the_1\/\">False Claims Act<\/a>.
