It is sponsored by <a href=\"http:\/\/taf.org\/\">Taxpayers Against Fraud.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Third Annual IRS Whistleblower Boot Camp will be held on April 12 in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n<p>Because the IRS has increasingingly focused on international and offshore tax issues, I will be moderating the panel discussion on &#8220;International and Offshore Tax Whistleblower Issues.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Joining me on this panel will be Robert Gardner, IRS Whistleblower Office Senior Program Manager; Donna Hainsbury, Director of the new IRS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/international_tax_evasion_targ\/\">Global High Wealth Division<\/a>; and Julio LaRosa, Deputy Director, International Crimes, of the IRS Criminal Investigative Division.<\/p>\n<p>This will be another meaningful opportunity to work with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistleblowerlawyerblog.com\/irs_whistleblower_attorneys_co\/\">IRS Whistleblower Office Director Steve Whitlock<\/a>, his staff, and other IRS personnel to discuss the latest developments in the first meaningful IRS Whistleblower program.<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qui-tam-litigation.com\/who-we-are.html\">Whistleblower Lawyer Blog<\/a> Co-Author <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qui-tam-litigation.com\/msullivan.htm\">Michael A.
