David E. Naylor continues the firm's tradition of having represented countless workers' compensation clients over the firm's 30+ year history.

The firm limits its practice to representing injured workers. It has won many favorable awards for workers, both before administrative law judges and before the Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers' Compensation. Likewise, the firm has obtained many successful outcomes for clients without litigation, through mediation and settlement.

Recognizing that Georgia's benefits are relatively low and workers need their limited disability income, the firm often waives its entitlement to attorney fees on an injured worker's weekly disability benefits. In such cases, the firm charges a fee if and when the case settles, provided that a settlement is in the client's best interest.
