Business Litigation and Other Complex Cases
In complex litigation, our attorneys have represented
major corporations such as MCI and Fuji, as well
as small businesses and individuals. We have represented
both plaintiffs and defendants. The complex litigation
has included business disputes, securities fraud,
business torts, partnership disputes, fiduciary
litigation, professional liability cases, shareholder
litigation, employment litigation, and racketeering
cases.
Finch McCranie, LLP has a wealth of experience
in complex litigation. The partners in the firm
include attorneys with many years of experience
in conducting protracted and complicated business
litigation on behalf of corporations and individuals
in these areas. Several of our attorneys are former
federal prosecutors and judicial clerks who have
conducted complex litigation both as prosecutors
on behalf of the United States of America, and as
private attorneys representing both plaintiffs and
defendants in these areas.
In complex commercial and other civil litigation,
Finch McCranie, LLP has had success in a broad range
of cases. We have experience in fraud, securities
litigation, RICO, federal False Claims Act, unfair
business practices, defamation, and other business
tort cases. In fiduciary litigation, our experience
includes emergency actions to locate and recover
assets misappropriated by fiduciaries (including
lawyers, accountants, and "care givers" of the elderly),
contested guardianship proceedings, actions to remove
executors and trustees, and Will contest proceedings.
