The firm has considerable experience in complex commercial litigation for clients including Fuji and MCI. Michael A. Sullivan was formerly a partner at one of Atlanta's premier commercial litigation firms, where he practiced for ten years. Richard W. Hendrix has had substantial experience in complex commercial cases since joining our firm in 1985. Steven R. Wisebram has handled many cases involving commercial and business disputes, especially in fraud cases.

"Business torts" is a significant area of our complex commercial litigation practice. The firm's attorneys have experience in fraud, securities litigation, RICO, Qui Tam, federal False Claims Act, unfair business practices, defamation, and other business tort cases. Because white collar criminal issues arise in civil litigation under RICO, the False Claims Act, and other fraud provisions, the firm's experience in white collar criminal defense provides a distinct advantage to our clients in these cases.

Trust and estate and fiduciary litigation has also grown as part of our firm's practice. The firm's attorneys have successfully represented clients in cases involving contested Wills, emergency guardianships, and fiduciary fraud.
