The firm has considerable experience in complex commercial litigation for clients including Fuji and MCI. Michael A. Sullivan was formerly a partner at one of Atlanta's premier commercial litigation firms, where he practiced for ten years. Richard W. Hendrix has had substantial experience in complex commercial cases since joining our firm in 1985. Steven R. Wisebram has handled many cases involving commercial and business disputes, especially in fraud cases.

"Business torts" is a significant area of our complex commercial litigation practice.
